In addition to the filming, we're also tasked with creating a two-page magazine piece to promote our new show. This includes a front cover with visuals from our filming, edited in accordance to the magazine type. I'm beginning to consider what format I'd like to use to create this. A review, analysis or in particular, a Q+A with the 'director' are my ideas so far. This allows me to take to a more approachable stance, using less formal register and more 'chatty' language to engage readers with the content. As a large-scale production in concept, it may be a good idea to step away from the industrial feel to the product, explaining the show and providing context without overwhelming the consumer.
